2004 Annual Report

The Commission publishes its Annual Report every year since its year of creation, 1994. The 2004 Annual Report has been released. We expect that the contents will allow the public to be informed of the Commission's activities. This Annual Report has four chapters. Chapter I is focussed on the NFTC and its authorities, publications and organization. Chapter II, on institutional activities, Chapter III, on the Commission activities during 2004 with respecto to its main functions, and Chapter IV shows an analysis of AD and CVD determinations and measures in effect during 2004, and their evolution for the period 1995 a 2004.

NFTC Bulletin 51

“The procedural system of the new Regulation on the Application of Safeguard Measures to imports from Non-Member countries of MERCOSUR as an approximation to Integration Law” In this Bulletin we present the first part of an article by Carlos Nahas, Secretary General, which consists of three parts.

COOPERATION AGREEEMENT NFTC  - FUNDACION EXPORTAR

On August 2, 2005, the Fundación EXPORT.AR and the National Foreign Trade Commission NFTC signed a Cooperation Agreement in order to facilitate the business community, through the EXPORT.AR Foundation, information on main trade barriers to Argentine exports in third countries.

WTO welcomes public access to historical GATT documents on the Internet

The WTO, on 19 April 2005, welcomed the launch by Stanford University Libraries and Academic Information Resources (SULAIR) of a website to permit public access to de-restricted documents of the GATT, the predecessor of the WTO.
